Do you offer discounts for muliple pets?
Additional pets can be added to any package for a small fee. The fee is based on the package chosen, and the # of additions.   Simply send an email, letting us know the desired package and # of pets and we'll send you the link to your adjusted shopping cart.

What if I don't know my pet's birth month - or I don't celebrate birthdays & holidays?
If this is the case, simply choose any 2 months you'd like for the larger gift packages to be shipped to your pet. Keep in mind that once chosen, these months can be changed no less than 3 mos. ahead of the original chosen month.

What sort of treats are included?
We are working with multiple WA state pet businesses for our edible treats. Your pet's monthly goodies will include favorites such as meat flavored and cheesey treats, as well as tasty cookies, donuts and other approved treats created with care at barkeries around the state of WA.

When can I expect the package each month?
Packages will be shipped out between the 10th and 25th of each month by USPS First Class mail. Holiday packages will be shipped between the 1st and 15th of December.

What if I move?
Simply notify us about your new digs, providing the address and moving date and we'll make sure your Pawsh Paws subscription is shipped to the correct address so your pet's service is not interrupted.

Can Pawsh Paw subscriptions be given as gifts?
Yes, of course! You can purchase a gift subscription and provide us with the necessary info to get the subscription started, or purchase a gift certificate and let the recipient choose their pet's package. With either gift option, a Pawsh Paw gift card will be sent to the recipient on your behalf.

What if my pet passes on and I no longer wish to receive the monthly service?
If such a sad event should occur during your subscription, just let us know. At your request, the remainder of your subscription package can be addressed to a different pet of your choice, or donated in your pet's name to needy pets anywhere within the USA. If you wish to donate, but have no charity preference, your subscription will be donated to one of our favorite pet organizations, such as the Best Friends organization.
